Confidential advisors
Did you know that Radboud University has a team of confidential advisors that every student can contact? The text below is a message from them.
Do you as a student struggle with unwanted behaviour? A trusted person can do the following for you:
- Listen to your story without judgement;
- Supporting you to take the necessary steps to stop unwanted behaviour;
- Be present at conversations, for example with the person responsible for unwanted behaviour;
- If applicable, look for a mediator;
- Support you with handing in a complaint.
Even if you are not sure if what you are experiencing is unwanted behaviour, or if you are not sure which steps you want to take, we would advise you to contact us. Do not carry this alone.
Contacting a trusted person is confidential. You can reach us via vertrouwenspersonen@ru.nl. Your mail will be read by our colleague Wil Rustenhoven and forwarded to an available trusted person.
